BBC’s Songs of Praise is coming to St Ninian’s Cathedral, Perth, on the afternoons of Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th March to record some traditional hymns.

It’s a lovely opportunity for local singers to come together to take part in a BBC One music programme. They are inviting choirs in Perth and the surrounding areas to join them and become part of our ‘massed choir’ on the day. It would be great to have lots of people involved. The conductor is Gordon Stewart, the organist is Dr John Kitchen, and on the Saturday we’ll be joined by Alba Brass, so it promises to be a fun event!
